The DOJ website posting can be read here: Victim Witness Statement

The grand jury indictment can be read here: UNITED STATES vs. MH PILLARS LTD

As outlined in the above indictment, the following has been seized or is in the process of being seized:

The grand jury finds by probable cause that the specific property subject to forfeiture includes:
a. $4,000,100 of Payza funds seized on or about November 2013;
b. $100,000 of Payza funds seized on or about February 2014;
c. $250,000 of Payza funds seized on or about June 2016;
d. all funds restrained on or about December 2016 in the United Kingdom from an account at Global Reach Partners related to Payza;
e. all funds restrained on or about June 2017 in the United Kingdom ·from an account at HSBC bank related to Payza;
f. the Payza.com domain; and
g. the AlertPay.com domain

Payza has notified users via social media and email to update their API to point to a domain outside of the United States and outside of US regulatory control.

However, DPD will not be redirecting our vendors who use Payza, some of which reside in the United States, to an EU domain. It is unclear with over $4.3M in funds seized if vendors will ever see money collected through Payza.com or Payza.eu.

For this reason, we are terminating Payza support immediately.

We apologize to vendors for the trouble this may cause with their stores.

Vendors who can no longer use DPD due to our ending Payza support are welcome to a full refund of their current month’s service. Please contact us via our Helpdesk to request a refund or assistance in setting up a new processor ASAP.
